Unable to reserve Work Order supply against a sales order demand using Inventory Reservation FBDI

Summary:

Not able to reserve Work Order supply against a Sales Order demand using Inventory Reservation FBDI / ADFDI.
When we try to import / upload we get a error SUPPLY_SOURCE_HEADER_ID, DEMAND_SOURCE_HEADER_ID, DEMAND_SOURCE_LINE_ID etc are not valid.

We are passing the Demand Document number, Supply Document Number, however it looks like the FBDI / ADFDI expects the internal id's as well.

If we need to pass FBDI / ADFDI with internal id's, getting these id's from table level and passing in the templates is not practical with huge number of records.
Kindly confirm if the internal id's are mandatory in FBDI / ADFDI for creating this reservation.
