REST API shows Forbidden error while trying to Update BPA lines (VBCS)

a) REST API shows Forbidden error while trying to Update BPA lines

b) Able to download the details using Supplier and Agreement but not able to upload.

C) If there is any Roles or Privilege missing kindly help.
