Can we change the Item code tagged to a Inspection Plan?

Dear Experts,

We have tagged wrong item with the inventory type Inspection Plan.

We can not create Inspection Plan with a new name as we need to use the same Inspection Plan Name in LIMS Integration.

Kindly advice if it is possible to change the Item code for the Inspection plan even from back end.
