Export to Excel- Offerings Page give incorrect Active Learner count

Summary:

Hi Experts,

The Offering Page output(export to excel) is showing 'Active Learners' but the output is showing 0 Active Learners when clicked on the download option. This issue seems to be intermittent for different offerings. After a while, 'Active Learner' Count for the offerings is showing correct in the excel when downloaded,but were not at the time it was run.

Do you know any reasons why this would happen or what would cause this? I don't think there is any process running behind, so it takes a while to download with the correct 'Active Leaner' count.
