How can we give access on attribute level on Proposals based on roles?

Business want to provide access to different users on attribute level access to read or modify on Proposal.

Based upon one attribute value user can access some attribute and some attribute not be visible or modify by user on Proposal.

Example: There are A, B, C, D and E attributes

If attribute A = X

User can see only Attribute B and C values.

If attribute A = Y

User can see only attribute D and E values.
