How can we have a complete status for negotiation without award process

Summary:

RFQ with supplier response created in Oracle Cloud and award is thru external application and post that BPA will be created thru rest APIs. So how can we 'complete' or 'update' the RFQ status to 'Awarded' or what status can be updated to the RFQ to make it 'complete'?

  1. RFQ creation in Oracle Cloud
  2. Supplier response
  3. Supplier response analysis and award processing in external application
  4. BPA creation thru rest APIs

RFQ status will be as 'Closed' at this moment. So we want to know how can we progress the status to 'Awarded' or any other status which will not allow the RFQ to be awarded further.
