How to transfer the extract of a job set which is using a seeded report "Asset Cost Reserve Report".

I have created a job set which will be running in parallel using the same report, but with different parameters.
The only delivery channels present are Fax, Printers, Email, UcmServer inside a job set.

Business requirement: A consolidated file for 38 CORP books containing extracts from "Asset Cost Reserve Report"

Current format and delivery channel chosen:

Current Format: XML
Delivery channel: Email

Currently, I have to download attachments from 38 mails and merge those extracts into one manually.

Please suggest some way so that the extracts from the job sets can directly be received on DBCS(Database for Cloud Service)
and whether can we change format of extract at job set level only.
