Loading balances to an inactive profile

Summary:

Hi, we are currently importing a lot of zero balances to our ARC instance. One solution to hide these is to inactivate the profile. My question is then what happens if we load a balance to a profile we have inactivated. Will we find this under a report or under missing reconciliations so we can re-activate the profile and create the reconciliation for the period?
