Chat Widget Page Load Performance

Hi,

We are currently testing OSC chat (conditional and proactive) and we are getting inconsistent page load performance. OSC chat is adding 3-15 seconds to our page load time. Can anyone provide guidance how can we improve chat load performance and achieve consistent loading of our pages?
