Restrictive role access on supplier portal for prospective supplier

Summary:

As per Oracle functionality, Supplier roles will get default based on "Manage Supplier User Roles" setup.

For external supplier registrations, when we provide URL to supplier to register, whether it is Prospective or Spend Authorize, roles will get defaulted based on "Default for Supplier Portal" roles.

Do we have option to restrict minimum role (ex. 3 roles) for prospective supplier registration and more role to be default, when spend authorized registration (ex.5 roles).
