: Is there any possibility of basic customization on task page - wellness?

Need: recorder progress of tasks or challenges in wellness

Context: We are implementing the Work Life solution (wellness), to invite employees to different challenges or tasks such as:

a. Hydration challenge

b. Environmental Challenge - 1. Protect your home by saving energy - 2. Protect your home by saving water 

In that sense, it is necessary to be able to record the progress of these tasks or challenges, for example: Follow-up to the challenge energy: the collaborator to record their monthly the energy consumption and to record the values of energy consumption in kWh and the money paid for the invoice.
