How to Retrieve Deleted By and Activated By in HCM Learning Module for Reports?

Summary:

We have a requirement that needs to display the Deleted By and Activated By fields using a BIP Report / SQL Query.

We have tried looking for these in fields HCM Tables but with no avail. They are not available when we navigate in the Learning Page UI under My Client Groups > Learning

I would like to check if there are someone from the community was able to pull above field from Learning table.
