Add time card as executive admin - Redwood

Summary:

We have a unique situation where Executive Admins are able to view/enter time for the direct reports of the Executive they are an assistant to. This works in classic UI as we created a Static URL to Time Management and each Executive Assistant has the required security and areas of responsibility needed to access these direct reports.

However, in Redwood, I am having issue gaining access the same way. I was able to create a VB Studio Page in sandbox with EL Expression to have Team Time Cards show for Executive Admins under the Me tab. They can see employees as expected.
