Error on Add Absence page in redwood UI

Summary:

When I try to record absence as an employee through Add Absence screen, I am getting the below error. This is a new instance and Redwood UI is enabled by default. I tried reverting back to responsive UI, and it works fine. The issue seems to be only with Redwood UI. Has anyone faced similar issue. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
