"Source Organization"from Service Request "Part Details" screen is not coming to OM in Pricing Call.

Summary:

Hi Our Client has following requirement.

  • When Item/Part is added on Service Request from "Part Details" screen user will choose "Source Organization" field .
  • Once user clicks the "Add" button after entering part details and "Source Organization" Pricing call comes to Order Management.
  • In that Pricing call we are not able to get "Source Organization" field value at line level.

We need this value to get Cost of the item for that "Source Organization" in pricing.
Is there any way to get this field in Pricing Call in Algorithm/Service mappings??
