ISSUE TYPE: Work Measure records without corresponding assignment records
COUNT: 16
DESCRIPTION: Each Work Measure split should have a corresponding split in Assignments table. If there are missing splits in Assignmetns table, it is detected as data integrity issue. This issue can result in unexpected errors in application flows associated to Employment and prevent transactions from being submitted. This issue can be detected using diagnostic Assignment Child Records without Corresponding Assignment Records - Report. This diagnostic prints details of all assignment records that has missing child records such as work measure, supervisor, work hour patterns, contracts and extra information.
