Launching a New Commerce Site? Tell us!

If this is your organization’s first Commerce site to launch or even the fifth one, several settings need to be configured and other tasks needing completion to ensure a successful launch. Oracle Support is committed to guiding you through the required steps – simply open a New Site Go-Live SR with Oracle Support. Here’s how:
- Log into the My Oracle Support portal at https://support.oracle.com
- Select the option to Create a Technical SR.
- Add the Problem Summary: [customer_account_name] New Site Go Live/Launch Preparation <your_tenant_ID> https://support.oracle.com
- Problem Type: select New Site Go Live/Launch Preparation
