OLC | Is it possible for blue collars to use an app to log in even though they don't have credential

Dear All,

Is it possible to let blue collar users (who therefore don't have an email) log in without credentials of course even though they don't have the same grants of white collars? Maybe with the use of a specific app
We're opening it on the learning module because our client wants to make these users use this app in order to make them do learning items.
