How to delete multiple empty folders at once in the file browser in Data Exchange?

We have setup an openbatch pipeline which processes all files placed in the openbatch folder in data exchange file browser. However, everything this pipeline is executed a new folder is created with the process ID where the files are archived. Based on our retentation policy. These files get cleared, but the folder remains. The only way I found to delete the folders is to individually click each folder and delete it.

Since the pipeline has been active for over a year a lot of empty folders are present. Which is now lagging the file browser.
