I registered this account (jadeasbndavidon) in 2019 using a domain email address. Later, due to other life matters, I rarely used it, and it remained idle for a long time. The domain was not renewed, causing the email address I used to register this account to become unusable. Recently, I needed to use virtual machines for some projects, so I remembered I still had this account. After several attempts, I also recalled the password. However, because I have high configuration requirements, I wanted to upgrade the account, but encountered this error while trying to upgrade:

Unable to complete your request. Common errors include: (a) using a prepaid card. Oracle only accepts credit and debit cards; (b) intentionally or unintentionally concealing your location or identity information; (c) incomplete or inaccurate account information. If you encounter the above situations, please try again. Otherwise, please contact Oracle customer support.
