Partner user can't access Model Configurator

Summary:

Hello everyone,

I've set up a Partner Organization and added users to it. However, these users are unable to access the Model Configurator; they keep getting redirected to an "access denied" page. Is there a way to enable partner users to access the Model Configurator?
