Set up a virtual/matrix organization in Oracle HCM

Summary:

In our organization, there is a regular organization hierarchy showing the line manager and its department. However, as we move more into an agile way of working and being organized in virtual teams (i.e. chapter, squad, cluster, tribe) with virtual roles like product owner and scrum master, there is a need to register these virtual teams and roles in Oracle HCM and make them visible. One way of doing so is using the matrix manager, but it lacks the following:

• being able to show an organization chart of the virtual organization with matrix managers
• being able to identify virtual teams above and beyond the formal teams (i.e. see who's member of the HR Squad while originating from different departments
