Absence advanced search screen - Can a new filter be added

Please see screenshot included in this question. On the Absence Advanced Search Screen, can a new/additional filter be added for 'Location'. If so how is this done by the client, or is it that this filter is only able to be added by the Oracle Product team in a new release?
