Remove Override Accounting

Is there a way to remove the Override Accounting for only Project related transactions in Manage Project Costs, without impacting other applications?

Use case, user with Project Accountant and Fixed Assets Manager, needs to be able to override in FA; even if I create a custom role to remove in Project Accountant, by having the seeded Fixed Assets role, can still override accounting in the Manage Project Costs page due to inheritance.
