Can compensation statements be released to managers when they don't have access to Comp plans
Summary:
For a client project, the compensation primary hierarchy is allowed for Updates to HR analysts where they submit the merit increases and bonus to employees. Line managers do not see or enter any of the merit or bonus details. When the compensation statements are centrally managed and generated, can the statements be seen by managers for their direct reports?
