Summary: Historical Lead Time Calculation when Buyer Managed Transportation Flag is No

We don't use buyer managed transportation flag so shipping date on "Purchase Orders Shipments Receipts History" is blank. Please see attached order details below which is downloaded from lead time insight order details page for one item, supplier and site. As per guide, Historical lead time = PO Actual Ship date -PO Order Date- pre-processing LT. We don't have pre-processing LT.

We are not able to understand how system calculated historical lead time and variance in this case. For example -

Order Number = 1000103
