The requester email isn't valid FBDI Import Requestions

Hi,

I tried to make Import Requestions process through FBDI.

I get this error on columns PREPARER_EMAIL_ADDR and REQUESTER_EMAIL_ADDR:

"The requester email isn't valid. It must be a valid email account associated with a worker with
an active work relationship. "

I tried to put different users, their user name and their email address and I still get the same error.

Any Idea what should I do?
