Can we use Revenue lease feature without enabling Receivables Integration

Summary:

Our Client normally creates an Advance invoice even before the creation of Lease Agreement and before the expiry of existing lease. The existing functionality of Oracle Lease does not allow to have a payment day before the lease start date. We are looking for an option if we can only use Revenue Lease feature for Revenue Recognition and do not integrate it with AR for billing. Invoices will be directly created in AR. Is this supported by Oracle Lease? If Yes, what would be the accounting entries in Lease and AR?
