How to setup flexfield calculation on a project task flexfield

Summary:

I need to fill in an attribute of Task Structure Descriptive Flexfield (PJF_TASK_STRUCTURE_DFF) automatically according to previous attributes
values as a calculated value.

The goal is: after user fills in attribute1 and attribute2, then value of attribute3 is automatically calculated.
