scheduling of ESS jobs in CST timezone

Hello,
We are unable to Schedule ESS Jobs in CST Timezone. Please let us know how we can schedule jobs in CST time zone.

Issue: We are able to schedule jobs only in Central Time. Due to this whenever there is a time change between CDT and CST the job runs one hour earlier which we don't want it to happen. We want to keep it at a constant time which is CST.

We have already reviewed the below link but it does not provide option to schedule jobs in CST time zone.
