Time Transfer Only Bringing Over Partial Hours

Summary:

Some timecards are only transferring partial hours. Three employees, in two different pay periods, had regular hours reported on their timecards that were transferred to payroll as 0 hours, causing a short pay. The first two employees had entered start/end times and the third employee had entered hours by quantity. Has anyone had this issue and identified the problem?
