Skip weekends on daily renewal assignment

Hi,

Our business has a requirement to send out the same questionnaire to employees daily. We configured the assignment rules to have a daily renewal.

Is there a way we can skip the weekends? For example, the employee completes the questionnaire on Friday and the next renewal will assign the questionnaire with a due date on Monday.
