Segmentation based on multiple categories

Summary:

We have multiple categories assigned to an item-org.
We want to use these different categories to segment items so we can apply different forecasting profiles & different replenishment policy parameters.

However in segmentation we can only use a single catalog.

What we want to do is to use a combination of different categories for segmentation.
This is the intersection of all items beloning to Catalog1-Value1 and Catalog2-Value2

How can this be done?

There is also no way to use a segmentation and then combine it with another segmentation to do intersection.

Any ideas are very much welcome!
