How to delete the extension from VBS

Hello Expert,

We need some help for deleting the extension in VBS.

We are moving changes from one pod to another and by doing we created the build job to deploy and package. unfortunately deploy job was not created successfully so we deleted the job and recreated again.

When we created 1 deploy job for target instance an extension created now we want to delete the extension but action option is not showing the three dots. in spite

of that there is a question mark. in question Mark the attached error is displaying.

We need some help for deleting the extension. We are the available to connect in US Central Time Zone
