HDL flexfield error on Non catalog item -

we have created a DFF for Learning Request Additional Attributes for Non catalog item. we are getting the following error when the flex field is added to the HDL. On the Business Objects after Refresh the flexfield attribute is also not populating.

Any suggestions on how to load Noncatalog items with the DFF?
