Add asset directly to a tax book

We have a requirement to add assets directly to the local book(tax book) and the asset should not exist in the corporate book.

Based on the documentation I have found this is possible both through the UI and integrated spreadsheet. I have created the lookup types: ‘ORA_FA_ALLOW_TAX_SOURCE_LINES’ and ‘ORA_FA_ALLOW_TAX_DIRECT_ADD’ and enabled them in the asset book. However, while trying to add an asset both through the UI and the spreadsheet the tax book is not showing in the LoV.
