Future Dated Record Approval Rule
Summary:
When extending a contingent worker's projected end date, a future-dated change in the record caused the projected end date field to revert to its previous data, resulting in workers losing access even after extension.
The client requested that the approval rule be routed to HR only if a future-dated record exists. However, upon checking the BPM Worklist, I cannot find any attribute to identify a future-dated record on the employee's profile. Have you encountered this issue before, and do you have any suggestions for solving it?
