Why is the owner of the course not receiving Report notif through Report Incident after HDL was made
Summary:
We did HDL to update the owner of each course as it was incorrectly set by "Learning Item Creator" instead of the actual owner. Loading was successful, however, upon spot-checking some of the courses in TEST, there were issues found.
- The updated owner was not receiving notification through email and even when accessing the account after Reporting the course through Report Incident function.
- Some of the courses that were part of the load were not searchable in the Search function even using keywords but when checked in the admin's perspective, the courses are active in Emerson Learn.
For comparison, we also tested courses that were NOT part of the load and there were no issues with them - 1 and 2 were working as expected.
