how to default the locator for pick slips through work order

Unable to default the locator while creating Pick slips for Work Orders, even we defined the locator defaulted in Manage Plant Parameter.

While generating the pick slip the items are not getting picked up from the locator defined under Manage Plant Parameter as well and we do have the picking rule as well as FEFO. Can you please clarify how to pick the material automatically from one locator for the work orders.
