How to add different journey codes (for managers and employees) in performance document page?

Summary:

We would like to add different journey codes for managers and employees, however, the performance document page is the same in VBS which will lead to overwriting the journey codes.

Me>career and performance> performance> performance document page is similar in VBS as Myteam>Ratings and evaluation>performance document page.

We couldnt find any option to define business rules and/or conditions.
