Disable Oracle EPM Cell attachment feature

Hi All,

About the Smart View Attachments feature, we can Right-click on a cell in an ad hoc sheet and click Smart View >> Cell Attachment to attach a file.
Can I disable the attachment feature for users?
Or can I assign access to users so that the users can't use the attachment feature?
