NIR workflow is stuck in progress after approval

Hi Team,

We are using the NIR Approval for the Item creation and facing an issue in completing the approval workflow.
The Approval Notifications are directed to the Users as per the configuration of the Task 'NewItemRequestApprovalTask'

After the approval is done, the expectation is workflow completes the Schedule and Completed Task and make the Item available for the usage. But the observation is that the Workflow is stuck in the Approval task with Workflow status as 'Inprogress'
