Access provisioning: Getting error while provisioning access

Summary:

I have created a facility and company under the parent company. I am trying to assign this newly created facility and company as default for a user, so that user is shown relevant transactions when he logs in. While creating the user under the child company i am getting the error:

You don't have access to Shifts in the facility.

Has anyone seen this error or knows how to resolve this?
