executing a movement request task with over pick or over pack

Summary:

We have integration between Fusion and WMS Cloud. The work order created in Fusion is reflected as a movement request and then a task in WMS Cloud. We are in the pharmaceutical industry, and sometimes we deal with UOM KG. For example, if the requested quantity is 10.1, we have to pick the full quantity of 11 KG. Once the manufacturing is completed, we can return the remaining quantity, when we tried pick over QTY the system not allowed and give an error "Overpack nor allowed", how we can resolve this case and issue
