Eloqua Campaign Responses Type Delete
I am using the Eloqua Campaign Responses feature to send Campaign Members to Salesforce.
When a contact enters the same campaign more than once, I want to update the fields of the Campaign Member, but Eloqua does not send duplicate responses.
I anticipate that removing the Response Type from the contact will allow the transmission.
Is there a way to remove the Response Type from the Contact DB?
Or do you know any methods to address this issue?
