Individual user can't successfully launch a SCORM 1.2 Activity
Summary:
We have a user who can't get his learning activity to load - the ePlayer launches upon selecting Launch but the wheel spins and content never loads when using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Course content is SCORM 1.2. He is able to launch and complete other SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 learning. He was able to launch and complete the course on another personal device.
Other users can complete the learning without issue, and when logging in as the user in other pods the learning can be successfully launched. This obviously indicates an issue with his device settings. He was using a company laptop and his browser and Windows operating system match the requirements for Oracle Cloud.
