Dynamic Topic Selection at Runtime - KAFKA Adapter

Description (Required):

We are pushing data to KAFKA using the Apache Kafka Adapter. We see that the Topic is to be selected during the initial usage of connection within the Integration which is fine.

But we would like the ability to pass the Topic dynamically during run time as well using the mapper similar to how we override the Directory and File Names for FTP adapter in runtime.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

If the Topic names are different between DEV and PROD then manual intervention of opening up the Integration, reconfiguring the adapter is required during migration.
