Form 2.0 takes more space in TaskList than Form 1.0 is there a setting?

We are leveraging TaskList for our Budget process and were thinking of moving from Form 1.0 to Form 2.0. However we observed that Form 2.0 takes more space in TaskList than Form 1.0 is there a setting where we can control this?

Form 2.0 the form name "Minimum Labor Input For Guest Volume" itself takes up the space as seen below.. Form 1.0 doesn't show the form name screenshot below.

Form 1.0 : doesn't show the form name. hence utilizes less space.
