Not able to hide commnent when rating a learning

Summary:

Hi all,

Since it is not possible to hide the "rate learning" feature, our client would like to at least hide the "comment" box.

below is the screen from Me > Learning > My Learning > Selcting a course > Action > Rate Learning.

Is it possible?
