Incentive Compensation Participant Manager unable to see Team's Plans after login

When an Incentive Compensation Manager logs into Oracle account and navigates to Incentive compensation and then to Sales compensation work area he is only able to view his own compensation plan document. He is not able to see his Teammates' plans or approval status.

We used to see this earlier but this view has disappeared from all our environments. We could use your help in getting it back as this is useful.

They can only see the below view instead.
